Recipes: Cucumber Salad Sandwich
• Dice Red Bell Pepper and Mini Cucumber. Mix Bell Peppers, pineapple, mayonnaise, mustard and lime juice together in a bowl. Set aside.
• Place diced cucumbers on bread slice then add 1/2 cup of the filling on each sandwich. Top with another slice of bread.
• Enjoy your delicious Cucumber Salad
